Romania has been a member of the EU since 2007. Much has improved since then, including infrastructure, government support, and economic growth. However, there are still regions where people live without running water, sewage systems, or electricity. The economic boom has also brought entirely new opportunities for communities. They no longer have to struggle for their own survival but can share what they have with those less fortunate.
